Practical breathing techniques, grounding methods, and micro-breaks.

Theme 3 – Movement, Stillness & Self-Listening
Gentle yoga (chair and mat options), somatic exercises, short meditations.

Theme 4 – Creative Calm & Emotional Expression
Art-based reflection, collage, visual journaling, and non-verbal expression.

Theme 5 – From Practice to Habit
Designing realistic daily rituals and an emergency calm plan.
Peer sharing and facilitation of short well-being sessions.
